Christa Lawcock - 15/11/2024Very disappointed: I came in for a cut and color on October 30,the and showed the staff a picture of what I looked like 4 months ago. They quoted me a price, and got me right in. The color was not what I wanted and the colorist said I would have to come back for highlights but she felt the color was good and reassured me it would look like the base color. The cut was good, but when I went to pay, it was 50 euros more! They said it was because I had long hair and they needed to charge extra. First of all, you have the quote WHILE I WAS STANDING there, and you saw what my hair looked like!!!
Frustrated, I paid it but I should have insisted you stand by your quote.
As to the color? It's been 2+ weeks and the color is still awful: it does not match my skin tone and is horrible. When I went in today, the colorist quoted me ANOTHER 150 for highlights on top of the awful color. I should not have to pay MORE to fix what should have been right the first time!
I am super frustrated and disappointed that this salon acted so unprofessionally--and I absolutely hate my hair color every time I look in the mirror but am not going to pay MORE to hopefully get it right a second time! Ridiculous.
